I liked the days and moments I was at work during my notice period. The best thing that happened was the resignation. I thank Praveen Chaudhary (MD/Owner) for creating the situation that motivated me to leave the organization. The micromanagement and bloodsucking qualities are better than leeches and mosquitoes.

Growth very slow, imbalance work life, Daily 10-15 , even some day 18 hrs, and next day 9:30 to present. no holiday at all, if any then Sunday is working. No holiday for may 1st, Oct 2. etc. No official behavior, job culture is very worst. job iteration rate is very high. In last 6 months, approx 40 joined and 39 Left.Daily threatening for job loss. Actually not fault of company, such dukans should not be opened.
