Eastvantage Philippines management was excellent, for the past 8 to 10 months since Eastvantage India started, the management has become worst, and there is no guarantee for your job. treats us like school kids. worst policies and worst medical insurance policy. But the client Solutions30 is excellent with work-life balance

The organization is burdened by a toxic culture and extreme levels of humiliation, primarily driven by the leadership team. The Operations Head, stands out as the main culprit, along with some of his subordinates, including the IT Head, whose priorities seem to revolve around eating and drinking. Instances of employees arriving at the office under the influence of alcohol are not only ignored but appear to be encouraged by the leadership
