Female HR Executive is Totally Unprofessional, She did not have manners to speak with professional person. If candidate agree to join, She will force submitting to original Educational Document or Give them a Signed Cheque. If candidate refused, She becomes angry & start speaking ******. Advising Eastman Management to Take a look on this kind of employee who is destroying company image.

Good workplace for new employees for learning. Salary good according your skill and qualification. MD sir too good and immediately decision takers.

Job security issues. Senior staff behaviour issue. Job timing issue.

Only pay you higher than market to somehow engage you as others who know , might not recommend you to join here due to poor culture.

Only pay you salary and make you work totally randomly, management people are highly incompetent when it comes to understanding core competencies and you can understand it is next to impossible for them to take effective reporting for segment head...

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our some issues. In some time salary is not decent as pr work .

There is terrible working culture. Never provide wages on time. When it time for wages you will get new assignments and will be told to complete them only then wages will be paid.
