I have joined this company in Covid season, in the month of June 2021. About likings I felt it is great place to work which provide me Skill Development opportunity to enhance my skills. Here we do not have Junior Senior things so I can directly reach to even my location head with any problem (just like family). Balance of work and life is best. My matrix manager is super co-operative even we have not met in person. Overall Eastman is great place to work.

My Manager helped me a lot in learning new things, started my carrier as support analyst moved in the development team, where I gained good knowledge in salesforce development. Blessed to have a part of Great team, team members help a lot in sharing their knowledge. Fun at Team Lunch, Work life Balance and knowledge sharing leaders set good examples for upcoming leaders.

Eastman industry don't support any work even they will terminate some staff because they don't came in industry during lockdown they will also not provide salary of April and may month

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
