Worst company in Ludhiana , Salary deduction , Report to H.R , HOD , MD also involved in every small maters , alot of politics , Good for fresh but worst for experience employees , Salary after 45 days , with deduction without any information or system , Uneducated system & Old employees play politics not recommended to educated employees , Only for 10th pass & B.com for sales , B.A for HOD ..

Politics & salary deduction without any notification , Eneducated system 1/10 , not recommended for experience people.. !! Only for labour class !!

...work here more than 2 or 3 Month they terminate approx 1,500/- staff every year & They didn't pay full & Final So Worst experience here

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
