1. Late our work culture. 2. No 5 days working . 2nd and 4th Saturday off. Release in every Friday , so that , they can hold the employee either whole Friday night or very late. 3. Appraisals are very low. 4. Unskilled and unprofessional managers. 5. No transport facility , if you are working late. 6. If there is a holiday on Friday , they will call you on Sunday or Saturday for work. 7. Cheep politics by managers. 8. No Coffee machines or pantry. 9. No comp off.

No appraisal, Management trying to keep you compensation as low as possible. Worst HR Manager , no manners at all.

... is low compared to market.You have to work at least three saturdays in a month. They can send you to anywhere in India as well as in Africa on same salary.
