Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

1) In time salary 2) MD behaviour is very good. He is really gentle man. 3) fixed in out time 4) Good behaviour of head office staff

Dislikes

1) No common data base or past work history. 2) Dificult to survive for new joiner due to no common data base of drawing. 3) No one want to help you to complete your task. This review only based on Dunlop office.
