Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

If site incharge will not work on this site then everything will be okay.

Dislikes

I worked 3 years continue as a site engineer but I got salary like a labour. Everything is like a labour due to site incharge (V.Tiwari). He and local leader takes all benefits by cheating of employees in their pockets.

The company is really worst no work culture and specially any of the directors or MD CAN BE INVOLVED IN ANY CASE EVEN IN LABOUR worst place to work accounts director can come in technical issues where he has zero knowledge and can fight abuse worst place first they will do anything and after the work is over you can be fired right away no increments nothing zero full zero
