...ts of working experience and you can learn alot working with the technical team. Salary is paid in time, bonus and incentives extra depending on individuals work &performance. TA is reimburse for any travel done on office work and training abroad for new technology is also organised for technical staff's when needed.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
