Workers are quite friendly and helpful you will understand the reality of working on government job.

Job vacancies are very less and people are not assigned posts as per their knowledge so growth is quite slow.

Some employees like my sir,s Mr MAHIDA JHA chife manager of mining AND MR SANJIB ROY material manager. And they are totally following Their company rules and verry work hard everyday day every time . This is most important..and i I've to learn.

I have posted as apprenticeship trainee so for me their is horrible experience if you belongs expect mining branch.

Most important you don't go for apprentice trainee if you are not belong from mining branch.

Lots of New Advanced mining equipements are deployed in ECL U/G mines ...and working condition over there is good , many things that i have studied in my engineering are seen practically over there ...All working as per Regulations and there no violation of Act....Safety norms are better

None ....even overall i like the working environment
