Lots of New Advanced mining equipements are deployed in ECL U/G mines ...and working condition over there is good , many things that i have studied in my engineering are seen practically over there ...All working as per Regulations and there no violation of Act....Safety norms are better

Work Details

Good ....and l have learned real time based work, manpower managing skill. Study material can be found in any books but , these cant be learned without pratically being there by yourself, at last i satisfied to be part of E.C.L

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I don't encourage people to get into mining engineering where we are made to work like labours in the name of engineer trainee. Such a worst part of my life. I'm now thinking to change my career option after wasting 5 yrs of my precious time. No vacancies for B.Tech holders, no options left behind. I don't even know what am I going to do with my life after having 2nd class manager certificate. We don't learn here anything. We just are labours for the management where we are forced to do stuffs like cleaning of roadways, breaking stoppings, use of tools for cleaning roads, etc. I can't even explain how bad am I feeling by choosing this field as my career. Worst experience ever had in my life by this career option selection. I wish I had made it to some other where I had some respect of holding 2nd class manager certificate. It's just a certificate which is of no use. I'm just labour working for that certificate. I don't know what am I going to do with this certificate coz there is noscope holding this course. Work Details

Cleanliness of road n use of tools used in cleaning like (belcha, kodi or kudal, etc). Chuna, white wash, stone dusting n breaking stopping n all kinds of filthy work. Yes I'm engineer. I hv completed my B.Tech. BE holder doing all this.

Nothing is provided, just ashok off. It's not that what we have heard about it while entering into this field. Everything is fake about CIL. everyone cannot be management trainee. And cannot have govt job when u don't treat us like engineers but as labours. We are not going to become big. Useless as a course. I suggest never get into it. I say never means no n never.
