HR policy is decent. Medical insurance is provided. If you like to be in the same place with same salary for 5-10 years, then this is dream company.

Dislikes

Nothing great. Especially with the recent change in management there is absolutely no mutual respect to the employees whatsoever. Regular appraisals - forget about it. Not happening at all.

Likes

As of now, job secures zero and all depends on the attitude of divisional heads. Company’s written policy is awesome but practically nothing. Management also stands with the decision of division heads no particular role in decision making

Dislikes

The major negative impact is that they don’t value employee skills and their output, no appreciation rather humiliation, demoting the employees, not providing any sort of support to the loyal employees only taking care of peoples who are in favor of individuals

Likes

Our Company is a well known construction group in the Kingdom of Bahrain who plays a major role in the development of Country. I am proud to say that i am an employee of EAMCO. The working environment is so good and the managment as well as my team mates are so cooperatives and supportive. There are lots of opportunities in our Company to enrich our skills and expertise. Since EAMCO is so fame in the kingdom, it is not necessary to mentioned it all rather saying working with EAMCO means it all.

Dislikes

It is very difficult to mentioned any dislike. Being a multi cultural firm sometimes have to adjust ourselves which can easily do due to the support from the team.

Likes

The company is strong in knowledge base and stands for quality work. Company has local base in Bahrain, which has ample resource with good working environment. Employees come from different nationalities with diverse culture.
