The company make us to work 8 hours only unlike IT sectors. They provided salary in a good way.

Lots of politics is going there in my old company. If you are doing your job in a good manner means you can't able to stay there for long. Many people are illiterates so they ready to cheat, jealous, steal your things, make fake reporting, shouting like something , we may lose our respect lots and lots.within the 8 yrs 6000 people get lose their jobs. 5000 peoples are working but "Employee ID" no goes 1100+ .many of them are working without satisfaction.Training is average, training dept. Is worst.Appraisal based on fav. person.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and globle client base.

The work pressure is high.compensation is decent but growth is slow.

For Non management level it is good company to work, for Management level it is not up to the mark.

Outdated and not easy to approachable policies i.e prohibition of Mobile phones even for non production, not considering Management employees opnions during major discussions

Every 2months once they give a grade according to your performance based on that you I'll get promoted to the next level with salary hike and they will be the manufacturer of popular brands like Nike, Converse.

Nobody can take ownership volunteerly, simply blaming others
