The schools administration is very poor Infrastructure is also poor and so are the people sitting in authority. They will terminate you without any valid reason and justification. No job security.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
