Work culture of this company is awasome. In one word The company is good from everywhere. But local management is little bit of disturbed, but upper management is standard. Employee friendly company.

Salary is lower than other big house. It's around 25 k and 22.5 in hand.. With outstanding DA and TA.

...at the top level in recent years and the resultant change in company's policy... the very slow increase of salary and perks of employees....company's growth is also very slow....
