...t of marketing they do, but the actual reality of the company is something else. There is no fixed time for salary, it is paid as when required. I have been asking for a laptop for the past 1 month but till now they issued me a desktop, they do not work properly. There are 8 hours shifts in the hotel operations department and even the chairs are not in good condition where you have to work for 8 hours. The main issue is every month there is a new vice president change which changes the way you work in the market. There is no feedback meeting here. The biggest truth here everyone calls himself a manager. Like School children here the manager also emails the lunch break timings to their team at what time you have to go. I suggest that fresher or experienced please do not join the company if you want to work in the travel and tourism or hotel department and start your career with another company. EaseMyTrip ruined your mental health and work-life also.

The company offers average salary package and good incentives monthly and Quarterly. They are well know in Indian market and are also one on the leading OTA in the industry. I m working there from a long time and they has provided me a alot of knowledge.

The company is good and provided decent salary with good incentive. You will get a good chance to earn incentives every month but you just have to work for it. Rest everything is good and great.

...h this company and this company has a culture to maintain positive work balance. You are supposed to work for 8 hours only provided there is an extra work load and the other teams needs help which is very rare as the staff planning is done in such a way that, there is no such situations and also, all employees are happy and the salary they offer is also good.
