The company is good and provided decent salary with good incentive. You will get a good chance to earn incentives every month but you just have to work for it. Rest everything is good and great.

You are supposed to work for 8 hours only provided there is an extra work load and the other teams needs help which is very rare as the staff planning is done in such a way that, there is no such situations and also, all employees are happy and the salary they offer is also good.
