The people here are open to learning and helps you learn and grow as well, Good environment to learn and brush up one's skills. I for one got to learn a lot from this organisation. If you are in for self learning this is a place for you. Also there is lot of travel involved as part of the on site audit process which is nice.

Dislikes

The salary compensation is less as compared to other organisations in this vertical of work. Along with the work life balance is poor as there are very less leaves granted to the employees.

Likes

The company provides a lot of opportunities to grow as a person. You learn a lot and develop a lot of skills inclusive of gathering technical knowledge of all the renewable energy projects. Every week a training session is conducted to enhance the skills of the team. The workload is assigned post assessing if the other person has time, so there's this work-life balance as well.

Dislikes

The only crux that I feel at times is the morning timings, 9:30, which is most of the days all fine but at times gets difficult to manage, very rarely though. Overall its all balanced out.

Company is more about people oriented, company believe in giving more learning to there employees.

Sometime there is lacks in some functionality of operation,but company is developing and tries to improve functionality.
