At that moment your only option remain is to leave CBRE for salary Growth. Compensation as then that is billed from the client, so that you can negotiate according to client budget.

Working at client location is not good, as you don't feel worth working there, treated as vendor and not as a direct. CBRE is a good company to work for but then work directly in CBRE office yo get all the benefits and you may see your growth, being at client location no scope for growth. Working at client location will make you feel neither you are CBRE nor the client.
