Worst management worst TL and operations manager they are not suitable for that they are only 1+ exp guys ... They need SMEs

No job security Even experienced also they will ask bond with less pay less knowledge of management no HRs in company. They will never provide company mail id. They will assign work to our personal gmail ID. No company ID card. If u raise your voice they will block your Gmail. If u want to apply a leave also in Gmail. We are working working for Google they think. Thats y they need SMEs. Operation manager TL... Need training from SMEs

Firstly, very less pay, not up to industry standards. Not even paying basic pay to most employees. This isn't an organized company at all. Unprofessional, unqualified management in lead positions. Management and team leaders have been rude to team mates. No job security.

Suitable for employees wanting to work remotely on fixed-time basis.

Dislikes

This is a startup with no professionally qualified hirarchy in senior roles. Very less pay, less than minumum wage for freshers. Not professionally experienced management staff, no work ethis, unprofessional communication, rude and authoritative management. Not suitable for experienced professionals.

Everything. Company culture. They like people who buttering them. And Team Lead and QC's are so cowered. If tough file come they didn't work on them, they say, your work is good we can send file direct to client. And only easy file they do. If client send feedback on tough files, they blame on you. But they will not do tough files. They are so cowered. So, I would suggest, please don't work with this company and please apply in this company.

The management is young and knows how to manage the staff and their needs. They have a good work-life balance. There are timely increments. Constructive criticism is given to improve work and grow.

Nothing. It's a good company to work with on a long-term basis.
