A very good team and the leader to work with, learnt so many things. The encouragement and support they give while working is really appreciable. Loved working for the whole 3 months.

Dislikes

It would be better if they pay 5000 atleast, I know there is payment based on the no. of joining but it would be even more better if they give atleast 5k so that it helps the interns to get more serious in work.

I had an amazing experience working at Earlyjobs. The company is completely genuine and stands out for its integrity. The team leader is awesome - always supportive and approachable. The CEO is equally inspiring and creates a positive environment for everyone. The company culture is fantastic. Employees/ interns are not overburdened with work; the working hours are strictly 9 to 6, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Earlyjobs, unlike other consultancies, does not charge fees from candidate, staying true to its ethical standards.

Dislikes

Honestly, didn't find any significant cons during my time here. Only thing is that there's no fix salary/stipend for interns. It is work and earn policy, the more efficient you are the more you earn.
