There is no doubt, company has very innovative & supportive employees. Mr. Vishwajeet, Managing director of the company has managed their management and employees relations very beautifully. It is my very good experience and privilege to work in such an organisation. No pressure of work, smooth operational tasks, flexible official working hours supports us a lot. HR is very active & always ready for employees. this is the best part i have seen in any HR cases.

Whole teams of the organization are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I personally recommend Ear Solutions as an Organisation to not only hearing impaired patients, but all the job seekers who are looking for job in a long term period, growth , learning and career enhancement. I have been working here since 4 years and all is good and it is easy to work in a respectful environment. There is a good reason why I have stayed with Ear Solutions for all the time and it's the same reason why wouldn't think of even anywhere.
