I have left this company, they can not paid salary and TA DA for last three months. management is so poor. every employee not satisfied by miss behavior and abusing nature. very bad days of my life in this company.

Nothing is good in this company, no job security, no work life balance. Only those who can flatter the company owner can work in this company. All the old employees are close to the owner, while everyone else is treated like trash by the owner.

Learning and development of the employee. After joining here I felt one thing that it's a place where I can implement my ideas and my thoughts. Upper management is accessible and ready to accept new praposal from lower subordinates.

The only bad thing about this company is lack of motivation in some employees. Team work is missing but things are improving slowly. I hope it will improve many things in future.
