1. After joining salary increment is very low. Make sure you are getting max salary hike when you join. 2. Old technology (some people in the company trying to use latest tech stack if ur lucky enough to work closely with them) 3. No work life balance - you have to join late night calls because ur working according to their timezones

...hop because of the high attrition rate caused by no support from the management. As an employee all your hard work will go to getting your managers better pay.

Good company to start career in IT. It was fun working with colleagues. Good pay at the beginning.

Dislikes

Worst management. No job security. No scope for learning and upskilling. Very less hikes after gaining years of experience. Night shifts. Higher targets mostly can't achieve.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Salary and incentives are also good. 5 day a week working.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance because of the uneven shift timings. More worse is that they follow US holiday calendar, so while people celebrates Indian holidays and festivals, we unwillingly have to work.

The company is very good in terms of shelling out money, ie. Good pay, benifits, regular gifts, OT pay, etc.

Dislikes

The worst thing about this company is the complete disregard for the work-life balance. The company makes decisions solely according to their convenience and shell out some money to try keep people motivated.
