Company is good, provide support for learning but salary is very low and not provide the increment. Work environment is good but not provide any medical benefits or PF benefits for all employees

The company does not have any policy of its own. Only some people make the policy themselves and apply it to all. No matter how much good work you do.whether the work is good or not that decided by some specific people and maked a report that we have done the work.

There is no work culture here. That's client is Max hospital they treat engineering as like labour .TL is not supported In any time even in notice period they change your location and given non technical work even a senior Engineer .In Hr dep they dont have to response your queries and deduct is hard earned money .Not accept own fault .over all Not work here nothing to learn and grow 🪴.
