Upon receiving a call from HR, you get to know that today is your last day of work. Because the company's VP questioned an employee about service management best practices despite having no knowledge of the subject.

Dislikes

The company does not offer a tangible product in active use by any clients, despite being in development for 4-5 years. The company's management does not follow agile development principles and instead uses traditional, outdated practices while avoiding industry standards. Suggestions for improvement are met with resistance due to management's ego. Additionally, promotions and salary increases are not guaranteed, even if the company receives funding, which raises questions about how the company is currently financed.
