Such a horrible experience, you can't take leave on govt holidays is okay but not even in Saturday or in muhurtham days!! Pournami or Amavasai!! Even it's funeral u hav to inform it previously!! Like one day before how could be?

No fixed Salary, only plenty of penalties and salary deduction although u r a minute late. Team Incharge and manager treat the employees like a slave. Yearly 500 increment, No proper HR policy, different CTC and take home is something else. Only Pressure and trapped words. It's not a work it's a crap don't ever consider to go there

...ast breath Even If you work for 2 years they will not pay u more than 15 to 17K weekoff is not for you its for the management to reduce your salary by saying off as a reason

... to choose your work time this is the work culture in EFS.. management is good.. company policies like initial 3months from your date of joining is your training period so that basic salary will be given for 3months then after you can have your full salary..salary is not fixed that is Based on your performance and incentives..

Well secured,good working environment, teammates are very helpfull, company policies are good,they give good salary and bonus every year

Worst management and marketing manager. The marketing manager and assistant manager are both treated like slav** by the employer.They are thinking like a god.we are like a slav**. Sometime manager using unwanted words This is the kind of cheap behavior from management-level personnel.
