...ticular guy in Bangalore office.Or else wait till eternity for any promotion. 2. Salary Hike: This is the funniest part of working at E2open.There are salary hikes of 2% or 4% in a year. But in 2021 we are not so lucky to that 2%-4% as well. You slog work for 12-14 hours a day whatever you do.Your efforts will not be acknowledged,at the end they talk about a comma(,) or a full stop(.) you might have missed while typing an email on particular day of the entire year and this is the reason you remain a mediocre performer for them 3. Work Culture: Though all the employees (not into office politics) are suffering, try to make the working environment better by talking to each other (end of only good thing). The HR is least interested in contributing to anything, the only thing they do is taking 2 hours lunch break at the terrace. The work culture is so pathetic that the director of the department openly asks to put down the papers and he will immedietely accept the resignation if you share your concern regarding salary/growth.He openly threatens (along with managers) the employees to throw out of the company even for small things(like sharing your concern). 4. Management: I tried to cover most of the things on 3rd point.Still there are many incidences which can be included here. I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE IN BOLD LETTERS TO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY AT ALL. They will hurt your self repect and make you feel like rat. They always talk about how much you are earning, even if you go and ask for annual leave for more than a week. The emails received from senior managers for any task or project update will be in thretening language(wish i could share examples). It is like do this within this date or face consequenses. There is no budget for team outing/lunch or anything.

... unhealthy "Buttering up of Managers" - No appreciation for any work one does. - Working on holidays with extra pay but "Days in lieu" (This actually never helps!) Oh yes, and such was the ineffective management that ultimately our team was transitioned to some other team! P.S : Choose wisely Culture matters a lot
