...They offered 5% raise in salary irrespective of performance. No Clarity to work. Very bad ecosystem when it comes to salary benefits. worst hikes ever in my career. Last year they promised for good hike in this year and they offered 5% raise and they even offered the same number to my colleges even performed well. HR told to take whatever the company give and asked to not expect more and requested not to ask for raise & she doesn't even hear the pain.

1. Some HR policies like you'll mark as half day leave for working from home (WFH). 2 you always have to wear formals, only Friday casuals are allowed, and you will not follow this your KRA will be deducted.
