Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is no understanding at the level of experience and even an IT engineer r made to work on electronic and expected to know it Being a fresher it was a bad experience and it really spoiled my career in intial stage And senior do bully d new comers Also if u hv studied in US than u get special treatment n if u hv from studied from india alwaz der is a feeling lk US candidates r superior Plus a note If u r an IT software engineer u r made to feel watever u studied is useless (no IT pratices they know and follow) and the ceo has grudges against students who hv becm IT engineer or from IT Background As a fresher a very bad place to start
