It was good company but after takeover by another company work culture become worst, no proper compensation, no aspirations, worst managers, no work life balance. Just show off. HRs are not reachable.

e-Zest is a small organization and thus the companies take care of their client very well. At the very initial stage of your career, one will get client-handling exposure. Learning curve is excellent and peers are available to help you out in case of challenges.

...mpromised and getting a leave is extremely difficult because of high dependency. Moreover, there are no additional monetary/non-monetary perks for employees, apart from salary.

Very good people. Very good exposure giving company. Compensation is good enough. Very flexible in giving opportunities as per employees need, is biggest aspect.

Nothing much in dislike. May be other perks and better insurance will help.

In most of the You have do all the things in project right from development, testing, deployment, support. Flexible timing. Learning is good if you want to learn something new

...ct. You'll get bored after some time once you learn all the things in project. Salary hike is ok. Not so high Not slow.
