It was good company but after takeover by another company work culture become worst, no proper compensation, no aspirations, worst managers, no work life balance. Just show off. HRs are not reachable.

...th some really good companies and the projects are all very dependable projects. Work life balance and the pay is really good.

but you will have very less/no communication with zest once project is allocated. No one on one's, promotion appraisal discussion

In most of the You have do all the things in project right from development, testing, deployment, support. Flexible timing. Learning is good if you want to learn something new

...ct. You'll get bored after some time once you learn all the things in project. Salary hike is ok. Not so high Not slow.

Exposure and opportunity to grow and learn stuff. Extremely helpfull set of people that push you each day for brighter future.

There is a slight gap felt by me between the compensation and work delivered over time. Company should notice the efforts taken and compensate as per deserved value not by comparing the existing compensation. Also there should be awards, bonuses and more to acknowledge people for there efforts. Rather than waiting for whole year to see the benifits during appraisals. One doesn’t work only for money.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
