...s company is a fraud. This company does not say anything at the time of joining. After joining they have a policy that they give 3rd PIP and give salary on the basis of score. They do not give lead to the employee for doing the work and if he wants to resign himself due to not achieving the target, from there this company asks to achieve the target without leads and does not give salary…. And if the employee shares his lead problem then the company does not focus on it. This company does not listen to the employee. Instead of solving the problem, it starts playing politics with the employee. Note:- so if you want to join the company so before joining ask all the policies clearly with HR then the guys have to join...

You can talk and learn about all the latest movies their stories because TL keeps the narrative throughout a day

Always cheat with employees make them fool and goon with their money There are almost 15 employees whom they have made fool and not given their salary or incentives, they make fool of employees through their policies No working environment completely unethical Making replica of government websites and taking all the money into their private accounts directly No learning experience You just have to learn how to make fool of clients

They give u time to work and u can upto 2 months to learn how to sell and about ur product which i guess is good lead are hot and good no cold calling etc .

They just want to hold ur salary in any situations . They will submit ur 10th and 12th orignal marksheets and will sign a bond of six months with u once they do that u are done . From then on they will do everything wrong with u 7 of every month is pay day and if u take any leave in any situation even if ur mother got expired still they will hold ur salary and will release on the 15 of that month if u take only one leave if u take 2 or more leaves they will hold it until u do ur 15 working days with them . 15 is incentive date and again if u took leave before 15 of the month incentive will be held and releasing policy are the same as salary . Over all nice place if u dont find any job or u want to the time pass if u want any growth dnt go there and manager is just horrible he will transfer ur converted clients to others and u cannot do anything about this . Thing atleast 1000 times before joining this company. No fridge no picnic no offs even on dushera dirty even dog poops on the office entry not recommended at all
