...he don't listen to nobody. He holds back appraisal. Don't do appraisal properly. And they increase bonus in the name of appraisal which is a bad thing for employee, and won't give all bonus at the end of the year. He will hold back half of it to give next year. Very toxic work culture. The HR is a peace of shit. He complains to CEO on very small things. Provide cheap services. And the most important thing is that you won't learn nothing here. The technology is old. They work on VB script, asp dot net etc. That too you won't get too learn because you will only be solving the daily bugs and shit. Manager don't appreciate you learning new things. Let's say if a project came on new technology like Reactjs so he will expect you too learn on off the office hours like on weekends and late hours. Because he is manipulative. He thinks if they will learn new technology than they will switch. And they provide Only 10 casual leaves and 6 sick leaves. And it's very hard for a guy coming from North India as he can't go home because if you take more than two leaves in a month than they will cut LOP. No positives.

They put a lot of pressure on employee and dont respect them at all. Salary Raises and all are very uncertain and abusive behaviour is very common. No notice period before terminating employment and no issuance of certificate for work we have done after resignation.

Team Outings which is also a Headmaster will drive that and only Veg food will allowed it’s kind of School picnic and some time they offer personal outing if could provide 5star rated Glassdoor review screenshots. It will definitely through you to your schools memories. No organisation will not help like this E ring

Nothing to tell about much as E ring is a basic entry level organisation and work culture is very different it’s a School not a organisation and don’t take me wrong school nothing but not for learner’s that only follow the rules not even given value to their engineers . E Ring Boss Mr Raj having good vision but their local managers are spoiled the culture and they are now encouraging fake reviews in employment portals. Best part is they will calculate your lunch time by adding that you need to work 10hrs a day.

The managers doesn't know how to behave. They all say upper manager doesn't approve this n all. The upper manager says if you want a appraisal you have to work extra hours. They lay off 10people. It's school they are taking test stating productivity is low. If we will ask how you are calculating productivity they can't answer. The office representative don't know the meaning of missuse and abuse. He says don't abuse the compoff how we can abuse the compoff. They always says that
