My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Likes

No skills will be developed. Only work no life. They will show big big incentive and compensation but you will receive nothing. Company culture is typical call centre job. No job security due to high level politics. No growth of career and last they will be never satisfied with your performance how much ever efforts u put it’s nothing for them. Incentives are given only to the selected employees due to politics

Everything in the company. Increment per year will be around 500 rupees

Java class is good who taught by DEEPTHI mam

Dislikes

Only one class of one hour for one day only... Slow teaching. If one hour class daily, then there is loss of today day in 23 hours for a students.... Instead to put atleast three classes to reduce the duration of months .... We had 6 months of training.. but in welcome letter it mentioned that the training duration is only 3.5 to 4 months .. we lost 2 months of our freshers period. There are many dislikes in Palle... No time management.... No proper skilled lecturers ... Nothing useful
