I love the fact that i am a part of a team 18 very friendly team i got and working with a highly professional pega developers i learned alot from my seniors ( pega architect)

Compensation is decent but growth is slow and there is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes on work
