They have a regular practice of offering a salary as per your expectaions and then with 3-4 monthd they will say we cant afford you. And be aware of that buggar Kishore Bhujbal the worst illiterate person working there with full of politics.

For beginner they were support to gain knowledge they were give the chance for utilizing the skills. MD alway try to communicate each and everyone if needed.

In terms of salary hike it's not upto the mark what you excepted. Work loaded is too much.very strick time.
