NOTICE PERIOD, it is 90days without negotiation but wants to hire an employee immidiate to 15 days. Less learning opportunity(kill enthusiasm) and no new methodologies gets implemented in QA team. Have to go by hierarchy. Less increments, which kills motivation Many times, working overtime and over the weekend is considered by management, over a smart and efficient employee.

Joining this company as an Android and iOS developer may not be ideal due to poor management and inadequate knowledge transfer after onboarding. The manager assigns tasks with unrealistic deadlines, despite having limited understanding of the product. Internal politics within the management further complicates the situation. Additionally, HR promises a variable pay as a performance bonus, but no bonuses have been given to date. Japheth, the reporting manager, appears to be unqualified for his role. He lacks understanding of how software works and seems to focus solely on business aspects. It's unclear who selected him for this position, but his lack of technical knowledge is concerning. Although the HR policy states that the development team gets weekends off, in the Mumbai office, you are required to be available over the weekend to coordinate with the IT team for product launches, which occur every weekend. Unfortunately, this extra work is not compensated.

...vironment. HR policies needs improvement. Senior Managers are very coordinative. Compensation benifits for support team can improvise. Work pressure is a bit higher but then it's compensated well with a day of off. Over all a good place to work.

Managers and higher management is complete disaster , don't expect to get promoted anytime as people are working here for almost 6-8 yrs on se position , the associate director is a nightmare , he don't let you work peacefully and always try to dominate you without understanding your side . He controls the HR dept as well , they torture freshers and consider themselves as donkeys. Dirty office politics can be seen over here , no one takes your side and help you ,
