Compensation is way below industry standard, but growth is slow almost nullity. When changing from HBT to employee option mounting line count target is put forth, although no choice is given for a good mix of client to earn a good amount of line to end up getting a decent pay at the end of the month.

Yes job security is there because they pay so less than you wont find any MT company in India who are paying so less. After working for 8 years with them still they are giving 20K. Company is also taking Employer PF contribution from every employees means they are paying nothing out of their pocket

It's a good company for people opting to work from home on a contractual basis, best rates in the industry and user friendly platform for transcription work.

Dislikes

Personally, I felt I never got enough work to be earning satisfactorily enough, so had to look for other avenues.

I work as a freelancer for Edictate so am not in a position to comment on much except that working as a freelancer is convenient for me as they are highly professional and organized, resolve issues promptly, and the compensation is good.

Nothing much, mostly okay.
