I work in this company for 14 years but when the lock down place the company paid the salary we worked for but it was too late but in stages, moreover in this seven months no salary was paid and no simple questions was asked, will the worked over the start he did not say so i had quite the job

Likes

The company is good for freshers to learn alot in concrete. It is being monotonous after years as no further exposure is available to develope ourselves.

Dislikes

Company is decent but salary growth is very poor. No perks and benefits. Hierarchy is very small. Hence opportunity for promotion is almost negligible. No outing / refreshments / advanced training
