... or any type of facilities giving you through company so please don't come here. Already company promised me alot like salary package or after 6 month package but all was fake. even we worked in Diwali 4 hour over time but company did not give us any type of bonus, no overtime salary. we all are sad that time. so now we do not work as a overtime here for company now. If someone wants to start there’s career E-ashwa is fine it all depends on candidates how much he/she can explore by its own.

Dislikes

Eashwa does not have any vision they just wants to make money. Lack of support, Selfish management, Unsystematic, fraud, & employees are not treated well.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
