Growth as an employee was very poor. They promote only those people who are in top management's good books. Don't give chance to employees to prove themselves in any extra ordinary work. Salary appraisal is also very poor. Doesn't feel satisfied while receiving it. Some people in office are dominating. Keeps playing politics a lot. Receptionist is always sleepy from morning itself.
