Nothing. They will give you all false promises at the time of joining

Dislikes

No proper infrastructure. No clean toilets, Dirty and dusty workplace. No License of softwares used, Untimely payment of Salary, If you demand salary paid on time they will find fault in your works and send you out. My 2 months salary still pending. They dont have attendance record or anything

Learn new Tools and improving skills.

Dislikes

There is no Job Security, management will not respect employees. Work pressure is very high with improper timings. They won't consider your late night efforts. Poor HR policies(Leave policies) and there is no employee benefits.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
