Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Its a good company to start your career because you will get to learn a lot. Cons: 1. Management decisions are bias. 2. Company is running under monopoly. 3. No transparency in promotions. 4. No skill and learning training. 5. No cafeteria. Pros: 1. Good to start as a fresher. 2. Female employee will get cab benefits (but only if you are staying in Gurugram.) 3. Flexible timings. 4. Slightly flexible working hours. 5. Saturday & Sunday off.

Dislikes

...cafeteria 4. Cab facilities is only for female and that too in Gurugram only. 5. No transparency in promotions & salary revisions. 6. No skill & learning trainings.
