... because I chose to resign for 8 months after completeing my notice period also. They did not provide me my experience letter and a months salary. Worst company.. Manager doesn't support. No proper training is given. HR is mf. They don't respond to calls. Overall in my 5 years carrer this is the worst company i joined. It was 8 months night mare for me. Pleaee dont join this. They might delete my review. Please don't spoil your carrer by joining this fraud company.

...improve there knowledge. Good team work and good inspiration by Management team. They give good salary hike every year compare to other companies in same industry.They always look for the employees long term growth and long term benifits. Even in this COVID19 situation they hav paid salary hikes ontime without any postponing. They hav paid salaries for non-working staff in the lockdown period and no layoffs. I really appreciate Dyuti for understanding Employee financial commitments. Thanks to Dyuti....

All companies are 5 working days but this company has 6 working days.. this is worest culture even if they don’t have work they will give comp-off when they have work we need to do extra hours without extra pay. Work culture is worest and there is no growth at all and my experience will guide you DONT join in this company.

I never seen these kind of worest environment in any other sector.. there is no proper salaries. No proper hikes. salary is below 10k for month but work is more and main thing is if they don’t have work they will provide compoff(holiday) but when they get more work then they are saying to work 1 hour extra for all but for 1hour they will not provide any extra payment. I never seen like this kind of company. I will ask one question for you .. have you seen any company like will give compoff(for no work )and when they have work need to do extra1 hour every day without paying but I have seen this company like that.. mainly one thing I will tell you.. there is NO GROWTH at all in this company.. I strongly tell you who want job.. you can do any job except this company.. one more thing I forgot to say all MNC companies will work mon-Friday but for this company you have to work Saturday also..
