New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Nothing I liked about Dynotech

Dislikes

Employee doesn't work for free. Doesn't receive salary on time and always forget your bonus, they will right every attractive offer in your offer letter but will not give you anything. And if they want to create any openings in the company than inorder to put some fresher from their connection or network then they will ask you to stop coming to office from this day onwards.

I have resigned from Dynotech Instruments in the end of January. Till yet I haven't gotten my salary for December 2019 and January 2020. It's been 8 months. They just say we will clear the dues as we are unable due to this pandemic situation.

Dislikes

They don't give salary on time or even after so many months. It's terrible actually as we all need money in this situation.
