They are just making fool of customers in the name of sales. Tenured agents are pathetic, They consider themselves as the owner of the company. However you will get full support from your supervisors and managers, they are really supportive If they work on providing the services to customers this company can become very large, but they pretend that they are providing the service but actually making fool of customer just to get there pocket fill with money This company is really great but I left because of bad tenured agents and making fool of customer in the name of sales If you have no heart and can let it happen to you what you do to others, this is a really a great place for you to work. People are earning more than 1 lakh rs every month.

Good salary and incentive schemes for people working in the company with up to Rs100000 per month potential of earning apart from salary.

Dislikes

No training programmes,no friendly policies. Focus is on only revenue generation for the company. No skills enhancements for beginners in travel industry. No job security.

There is not much to like about the company nowadays but previously they have good people and culture was good overall in past things were there to learn as compared to today.

...tself in OJT or secondary rounds as they hire in bulk and fire in the same way.They only set your expectations high by providing you good salary and once someone leaves the organisation they will find very hard to get a job as they wont let you learn anything apart from sales.No knowledge is being provided as if they are training donkeys nowadays.Incentive is the one by which they build a report for the new employees by sharing the stats of years back and nowadays earning incentives is a very very tough task working with them as they put a certain bar on it and lead grading system.Job security is NIL.
