The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, Employees can't get a opportunity for travel anywhere. My colleague are come from various culture background and we work happily in collaboration. There is no employee re-hire policy.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but company growth is good. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 13-14 hours straight in a day as I have to finish a quality related work within a day sometimes late into the night. Team incharge do not value an individual's unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. There is no on-job training for Freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
