No fix location work, back to back Transfer from south to north east to west, pan india work, you sleep in noght and suddenly you not in morning you're transferred. Nepotism culture on site. If your incharge you are not working perfectly or you working very excellent you have to transfer to another site.

They always supportrd their staff through ghis pandemic by all the way whether in finanacial or all the other ways they can do.Management is all good and policies are favourable.

Only salary structure is little bit low

...with clients. Team mates and working environment is good. Job is always secured. Salary is always on time. One can travel within the country and out of country as well on site.

Career growth is poor in the field of prestressing. Salary is average with a little early increment. Incentives are poor. Consequently work-life balance is average.

i have learn about construction, like I Girder, Box Girder, pile, Pile cap etc. work environment is also good.

Dislikes

Salary is good for beginner and learner, but here is a specify job like pre stressing, so i dislike only one think i do in too long time. thats it.
