...gement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is very good and skilled team in Dynamic Ind ltd with expatriates expert who is providing well accommodation as family and other facilities. Work environment is very familiar.

Dislikes

Just observed management do not focus on his employees growth behalf of responsibility. As well growth is slow. There is no more expension of machine.

Working environment was very nice. Colleagues and top level boss were very supportive. overall it was wonderful experience to work with them.

Null. I had nothing there to dislike ,while I was working with such supportive people

No job security. Life time u have to do work. Bad thing is here people say lie during joining. At every place management is very poor. I see some of then not able to gave food to their team. But when their income come they tame it to leaders pocket.
